Experienced in C#/.NET, XAML, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript, NoSql in CosmosDB. I have worked in a collaborative development environment with a diverse remote team since January 2023, contributing to the development of enterprise apps using .NET MAUI and the above mentioned technologies. The lightweight portfolio site aaronphawkins.com was hand-coded using HTML, CSS and Javascript.
Crafted numerous appealing and efficient Wordpress blogs and sites, including joeprocita.com for a local jazz musician, supremeshiva.com, a blog celebrating the Hindu god of Yoga, Shiva, and stoveinfo.com, an blog/WooCommerce shop helping DIYers find stove parts and repair their fireplaces. Another upcoming project is knowtarot.com, a blog for understanding the Tarot.
Served as the primary manager and wearer of many hats (and helmets) at Glacier Ziplines during the summers of 2020-2022, honing teamwork and leadership skills while leading a team of 12 guides, before transitioning to a software development career. I also did scheduling, marketing, website design and analytics and more.

Technology and programming are a big part of my life, and I am currently working full time as .NET developer. When I'm not coding, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and our cats. I am also an active individual, with a daily routine of yoga, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Muay Thai. The outdoors here are beautiful, and in my free time I often go hiking or fishing, making the most of the natural wonders right at my doorstep. I hold an A.A.S in Web Technology from Flathead Valley Community College in Kalispell, MT where I graduated with a 3.85 GPA in 2020. I hope to pursue a Bachelor's degree and more when my finances and time commmitments are right.
